Abstract
Web-Based Online Elearning and Exam System (Case Study: SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang) Boy Trinanda Ujung, Agus Sujarwadi Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : boy.trinanda@gmail.com, agus.sujarwadi@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang is the oldest public school and one of the best high schools in North Sumatra which was established in 1962 through the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number: 42/SK/B/III/1962. SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang is located in the city center of Sidikalang, which is located at Jalan Dr. F. L. Tobing No. 1, Sidikalang, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The learning carried out is still conventional with face-to-face learning in the classroom. The problem with the learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang is that when there are obstacles, teachers and students cannot attend school according to the existing schedule which causes delays in the learning process. To overcome these problems, an e-learning system and web-based online exam were built. In designing and building an e-learning system and online exam using the waterfall method, starting with the analysis stage by analyzing the current system, analyzing needs and proposing a new system, system design modeled with context diagrams, level diagrams and data flow diagrams, the last stage of testing a system that uses the Katalon automatic testing application with the web record method. With an e-learning system that can be accessed from anywhere and anytime, it will help if there are obstacles that cause teachers and students to be unable to attend class so that it can create an effective and efficient teaching and learning process and exams even though they are not done face-to-face in the classroom.
