Abstract
WEB-BASED ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN (Case Study: Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Bantul) Rinaldi, Agus Sujarwadi, S.Kom., M.T Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : Rinaldi@2126@gmail.com, agus.sujarwadi@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT Academic Information System is a system used to manage various academic data while students study at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of developing this application system is to help the Islamic boarding school in managing student learning activities, attendance, and others to be more organized so as to make it easier for the Nurul Faith Islamic Boarding School to see how many students there are and make it easier to present reports. To create this system, the programming language used is PHP and MYSQL database. The results of the research carried out are web-based academic application programs. Meanwhile, the system design method uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). It is hoped that it can produce a new system design that can help problems at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School.
