Abstract
Design and Build of Web-Based Goods Sales Information System (Case Study: Maju Jaya Electrical Shop Yogyakarta) Wanda Agustin Floresca, Dodi Hariadi, M.Eng Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : wandaressca99@gmail.com, dodihar@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Maju Jaya Electrical Shop is a place for selling electrical equipment located in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The sales process at the Maju Jaya Electric store still uses conventional methods where customers have to come directly to the store to be able to buy goods. An online-based goods sales information system was created in order to facilitate the sales process, both from the seller's and customer's point of view. Customers can see the products along with the details offered by and can buy goods without having to come directly to the store and can also make payments anywhere and anytime. Sellers can also market the products that will be offered not only from within the shelves in the store but can also offer these products to a web-based sales system and sales data storage will be safe from damage or loss because the sales data is stored using a database if needed. then it will be easy to find again.
