Abstract
PATIENT SERVICE REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN AT RSKB SINDUADI SITI REKA ROHANA Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : sitireka.rohana@gmail.com ABSTRACT Registration of patient services is a condition for getting services at a health facility provider where the service is received by a patient. The activity of registering patient services at the Sinduadi RSKB that is given is considered less effective in time, making it a little more difficult for officers in the process of managing and searching for data. In the activity of registering patient services at RSKB Sinduadi, patient data collection is still done in writing, causing accumulation of patient data files and medical record files or examinations. This can slow down the search for patient data seen from the large number of visits. Then there is the possibility of duplicating medical record numbers, not up-to-date patient data, incorrectly writing diagnoses with examining doctors, so that the medical record process becomes less effective and efficient. For this reason, the design of a patient service registration information system at the Sinduadi RSKB was carried out, with the aim of facilitating the delivery of general information at the Sinduadi RSKB, storing patient registration data both inpatient and outpatient, making reports, so that the development of a patient service registration system was appropriate in accordance with the needs of the RSKB.
