Abstract
MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT IN HEALTH SERVICE (Case Study: Doctor's Practice Dr. M. Akbar Arifin and Midwife Umi M. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : antiwidyan07@gmail.com, deviratnasari@staff.uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT Medical records are files that contain patient information during examinations, procedures, and treatment services. This information is used as a reference in further investigations and should not be accessed by unauthorized persons. Doctor's Practice dr. M. Akbar Arifin uses patient medical records written on paper. Patient medical records have not been archived properly, causing a lot of data redundancy, possible corruption, and data loss. Doctor's Practice dr. M. Akbar Arifin is in the same area as the Independent Practice Midwife Umi M. Arifin who previously had a system for recording patient medical records. The recording of patient medical records at the Independent Practice of Midwife Umi M. Arifin was developed so that it can serve recording medical records for general examination services and patient registration. The research begins with business process analysis in both case studies, system design according to development needs, then making a website-based medical record information system. This study uses the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development methodology with a Prototyping model consisting of stages of analysis, design, prototype design, prototype evaluation, implementation, and system testing using Black Box Testing. This study resulted in a medical record information system in website-based health services that can manage patient medical records starting from registration, examination, to examination reporting. This system can run in accordance with the expected business processes. Keywords: Medical Records, Prototyping, Website
