Abstract
Design and Build a Website-Based New Student Admissions Information System (PMB) Wisnu Gupta, Yuli Asriningtias, M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : wisnu21gupta@gmail.com, kuliah.b.yuli@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Raden Wijaya State Buddhist High School is an enterprise engaged in education and has several units, one of which is a new student admissions unit. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, student admissions had not been carried out online, prospective students who would register were required to come directly to the STABN Raden Wijaya Wonogiri while most of the prospective students came from outside the city. This of course will make the process of accepting new students more complicated and burdensome for prospective students and the campus. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020 the new student admission system was carried out online or online, but because this system was still newly created, the features that were built still had a number of shortcomings, both in relation to the process of completing student documents and the flow that was still in progress. not coherent and clear. The solution offered to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the new student admissions process as well as improve existing deficiencies is to implement a Website-Based New Student Admission System.
