Abstract
MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM OF GOODS INVENTORY DEPRECIATION USING STRAIGHT LINE METHOD (Case Study: Delitua Village Head Office) Yolanda Sinuhaji, Dr. Rianto., M.Eng. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : yolandasinuhaji4@gmail.com,rianto274@gmail.com ABSTRACT The Delitua Village Head Office located in Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province is a government institution that plays a role in providing facilities and infrastructure for inventory goods to the community. The problem in this study is that the management of village assets has not been administered in an orderly manner so that inventory items whose usage period has exceeded the usage limit can still be used so it is necessary to calculate and determine the feasibility of the goods. To improve services, a monitoring system for inventory depreciation was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of an inventory using the straight line method to assist in the presentation of information in the form of calculating the depreciation value, the purchase price of the goods, the economic life of the goods, the residual value of the goods, and the useful life of the goods. The inventory depreciation monitoring information system is expected to simplify, speed up the data processing of the inventory depreciation calculation so that there are no errors in recording asset assets and maximize the performance of village officials in order to produce a village professional governance system.
