Abstract
DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED FOOD SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM USING PAYMENT GATEWAY (Case Study: Miscellaneous Bakery) ABSTRACT Roti Aneka is one of the business entities engaged in the food sector in the D.I Yogyakarta area. There are several products sold such as snacks, appetizers and bakery. Toko Roti Aneka has used a web-based information system in conducting sales transactions. However, the sales transaction process that occurs at the Aneka Roti Shop is still carried out by sending proof of transfer to the store admin via the whatsapp application. Weaknesses in the current transaction process are double data, missing data and errors. Based on these problems, this study designed a web-based sales transaction process using a payment gateway. It is a profitable electronic transaction method since the process is so fast. Using electronic transactions can simplify the processes that occur, also improve service to customers, as well as the data management process, both product data, customer data, transaction data, and admin data in product sales reports. The development that will be carried out on the system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as a data storage media database. It is hoped that in research on the development of this system, it will be better in terms of orders and transaction processes that occur more quickly, and precisely.
