Abstract
WEBSITE-BASED TRAFFIC SIGN DAMAGE REPORTING INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ABSTRACT A traffic sign is one of the road equipments in the form of symbols, letters, numbers, sentences or a combination of the two which has a function as a warning, prohibition, order or guide for road users. Traffic signs can of course be damaged. Sometimes signs that have been damaged are left alone or repairs take one to two months. From this problem, a Website-based Traffic Sign Damage Reporting Information System is needed. It can report damage to signs and their location. The goal to be achieved from this research is to develop a Website-based Traffic Sign Damage Reporting Information System to facilitate officers in obtaining information about traffic sign damage and the location of traffic sign damage. The method used in designing the system starts from collecting data by means of observation and literature study, analysis, system design, system implementation using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework, OpenStreetMap with LeafletJS and MySQL databases, as well as testing using the Black Box method. testing. The results of the system that has been created can function to report damaged traffic signs by sending information on reporting data, locations, and photos of damaged signs so that officers can immediately identify and repair them.
