Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD IN THE DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM OF LOAN RECIPIENTS (Case Study : Toko Kandri Persada Tangerang) ABSTRACT Toko Kandri Persada is a business entity engaged in the sale of goods and services. In this store, the business process is carried out by providing services to its members in the form of cash receipts for shopping needs available at the Kandri Persada Store and loan funds that can be paid once a month. In practice, loan funds submitted by shop members can only be served by one of the leaders who are in charge. Problems arise when the leaders targeted by members are not in the store. This is because the loan process cannot be completed and must wait until the leaders give their decision directly to the member concerned. Therefore, it is proposed to solve the problem by building a decision support system for loan recipients using the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) method to assist decision making so that the process of borrowing funds can be served by all leaders who work at the Kandri Persada Store. The system was built using Netbeans 8.2 software, Java as a programming language, and Mysql as a database server, as well as an analytical hierarchy process as a method applied in the process of producing decision support. The system produces output in the form of recommendations for loan recipients arranged in a ranking form. In addition to recommendations for loan recipients, the system also produces output in the form of reports from members of Toko Kandri Persada, loan application reports, and reports on calculation results that are processed in the decision support system.
