Abstract

APPLICATION OF THE TSUKAMOTO FUZZY METHOD IN WEB BASED DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM SELECTION OF ACHIEVING EMPLOYEES (Case Study: SUPER DAZZLE YOGYAKARTA) ABSTRACT Super Dazzle Yogyakarta is a well-known electronics store in Yogyakarta, which is engaged in business. Super Dazzle Yogyakarta itself has approximately 30 active employees. The author chose Super Dazzle Yogyakarta as a case study to conduct research. Currently the selection system for outstanding employees has not been implemented in Super Dazzle Yogyakarta. Therefore, the author suggests a Decision Support System (SPK) for Selection of Outstanding Employees WEB-Based and approved by the owner of the agency. The problem is the limited data provided, namely employee attendance data in the form of Ms. Excel. The author makes the data obtained as parameters / criteria, including Time Discipline, Employee Attendance and Additional Overtime Hours. The Decision Support System is certainly expected to help the system run, using the Tsukamoto model fuzzy inference system as the result of the final decision. The results of this study are the decisions of employees who excel or do not excel. If the achievement decision is made, the final score will be in the range of 70 - 95, on the contrary, for the non-achievement decision, the final result will be <= 70. From the results of the final decision, they will be re-ordered based on the highest score and the final result will be to select who the outstanding employee is.
