Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION OF QR CODE ON WEB-BASED EMPLOYEE PRESENCE SYSTEM (Case Study : PT. MUCTHAHIR PRIMA JAYA) DION IMANSYAH Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Siliwangi (Ringroad Utara) Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : dionmnsh@gmail.com ABSTRACT Currently the presence of employees at PT. MUCTHAHIR PRIMA JAYA is still done manually, namely with a manual signature. This causes employees ask their friends to sign the attendance on behalf of them frequently when they are late. It is of course quite disturbing and detrimental to the company because the employee can come whenever he wants if there is no supervisor to supervise. Quick Response Code (Qr Code) is a form of technology that can be applied in various fields to maximize work in a company such as creating a presence system using a QR Code. In the process of making this system it will be assisted by the PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. and a database in the form of MySQL and using the Codeigniter Framework 3. Utilization of QR Code technology to create an effective and efficient attendance system so that employees can make attendance quickly and according to their respective entry schedules. The system also produces output in the form of status from employees who make attendance, whether it's attending, being absent, or having a permit. The system is synchronized in real-time so that the data of employees who make attendance will be directly stored in the system and entered into the attendance report which makes the data collection carried out more neatly and organized.
