Abstract
WEB-BASED OUTBOUND BOOKING SYSTEM USING PAYMENT GATEWAY (Case Study: Kulon Progo Adufreshment Ideas) ABSTRACT The progress of information and communication technology in the current era of globalization is running very fast. The internet is a very influential medium in presenting data, with the internet information can be quickly and easily obtained. Gagas Adufreshment is an outbound rental service that has not taken advantage of technological advances in the process of ordering outbound packages. Consumers must come to the location to order and inquire about the availability of these outbound services. The payment process is done with cash and still uses handwritten notes which are vulnerable to data loss and data redundancy. In addition, making outbound package booking reports is not effective because they have to recap data from the order book and move it to excel which is a very long process. To solve all these problems and build a system that can improve the quality and service of outbound bookings at Gagas Adufreshment, a web-based online booking system was created with payment gateway midtrans in payment. The system was built with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and library studies. The programming languages used are HTML, PHP and MySQL as the database and in the test using the Black Box method. The results of the implementation of this system are convenience for consumers to make online bookings from anywhere, online payment methods with many options.
