Abstract
ANDROID-BASED CAR RENTAL INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN ABSTRACT The RR Japung Transport car rental information system in Klaten is an information system to support car rental activities for customers within the city and outside the city. RR Japung Transport still uses a bookkeeping system which causes frequent errors in processing and is less efficient. This application was built, with the aim of being able to help manage order data, which includes car order transaction data, car rental payment transaction data, car data, and generate complete reports. The approach method used is structured and descriptive with a case study approach on RR Japung transport car rental, while the software in the development of this system is Android Studio, Visual Studio Code and browser. From the results of the application test, it can be seen that the application of the Gatotkaca car rental car rental information system in Klaten can provide convenience to customers in the car ordering process and for admins to provide convenience in managing the process of recording car orders, reports and expenses.
