Abstract
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PATIENT MEDICAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON CLIENT SERVER (Study case: Jamblangan Turi Family Doctor Clinic) MUHAMMAD ARIF TEGAR SAKTI Program studi Teknik Informatika, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : tegarsakti33@gmail.com ABSTRACT Information technology has now become a necessity for the community, including in the fields of services, treatment, payment and others. In a medical treatment clinic information technology can be utilized to manage patient data and payment systems for a treatment procedure. By using Client Server technology, the system built will be very well integrated and organized, but most clinics still use a recording system using the conventional method of data collection on a patient card that is stored in the wardrobe. Therefore a system was created that could manage a clinic that was built using the Java programming language and MySQL for the database. In making this application its needs are adjusted from the input to the output needed. The result of this application is to be able to collect data on patient data, manage medical records and the payment process after the patient has finished treatment. This application also comes with a report on the amount of clinic income month. Keywords: Clinic, Application, Client Server.
