DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WEBSITE-BASED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DANI LUKMAN HAKIM Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : danilukman2206@gmail.com ABSTRACT The financial management system has a very important role in the financial operations of the Al Munawwir Krapyak Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta. Usually, there are several important things that exist in the financial management system, namely, data on income, expenses, daily cash, general cash, and data reports. Basically, every Islamic boarding school must have a financial management system so that financial records can be stored properly and there is no loss of data. The system can be defined in two groups of approaches, the first system approach emphasizes procedures, the second systems approach emphasizes its elements or components. The problem that occurs at this time is the slow processing of data, the resulting report must pass unstructured data collection. In the financial management system to fulfill this task, a web-based financial management system will be designed. In designing this system using Entity Relational Diagram and Data Flow Diagram, while for data collection using observation, interviews and literature study. This website is made with the programming language PHP and MySQL as a database. It is hoped that this application system will further help performance in financial management at the Al Munawwir Krapyak Islamic Boarding School Komplek L Yogyakarta to be more effective and efficient.
