Abstract
Dengan semakin meningkatnya seniman muda di Yogyakarta, Suryodinigratan Art Space diharapkan menjadi wadah atau ruang bagi seniman untuk berlomba- lomba untuk berani memamerkan tiap karnya demi menciptakan suasana berkesenian yang orisinil, berbudaya serta meningkatkan citra Kota Yogyakarta sebagi salh satu pusat kota seni di Indonesia. Art Space sendiri meimiliki arti sebuah ruang yang mewadahi seniman dan masyrakat umum untuk memamerkan karya-karya seni berupa gambar visual maupun gerak untuk dipamerkan ke hayalak luas. Perancangan Art Space di Suryodiningratan ini menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer. Karena di Yogyakarta sendiri memiliki potensi seniman muda yang terus bertambah di setiap tahunya dan masih minim jam terbang untuk berani melakukan pameran secara rutin. Maka dari itu demi mewadahi seniman-seniman muda dibutuhkan bangunan Art Space dengan pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer yang memiliki pola ruang yang bebas dan fungsional serta memiliki gaya bangunan yang unik, mencolok dan berbeda dengan bangunan disekitarnya. Sesuai dengan prinsip karya seni yang tidak ada batasanya. Arsitektur kontemporer adalah konsep yang menjadi solusi dari masalah di Kota Yogyakrta yang masih kurang akan bangunan yang iconic, Ruang terbuka untuk berinteraksi, Ruang yang mampu dinikmati oleh berbagai kalangan. Sebagai wadah komunal, rekreasi, bertukar fikiran dan gagasan. Diharapakan juga Suryodingratan Art Space dapat menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang berminat terhadap perkembangan seni di Yogyakrta, Serata menumbuhkan semangat seniman-seniman di Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan hasil karyanya demi menuju jenjang yang lebih profesional. Village With the increasing number of young artists in Yogyakarta, Suryodinigratan Art Space is expected to be a place or space for artists to compete to be brave in exhibiting each of their works in order to create an artistic atmosphere that is original, cultured and enhances the image of the City of Yogyakarta as one of the centers of the arts city in Indonesia. Art Space itself has the meaning of a space that accommodates artists and the general public to exhibit works of art in the form of visual and motion pictures to be exhibited to a wider audience. The design of this Art Space in Suryodiningratan uses a contemporary architectural approach. Yogyakarta itself has the potential for young artists that continues to grow every year and there is still minimal flying time to dare to do regular exhibitions. Therefore, in order to accommodate young artists, an Art Space building is needed with a contemporary architectural approach that has a free and functional pattern of space and has a unique, striking and different building style from the surrounding buildings. In accordance with the principle of art that has no limits. Contemporary architecture is a concept that is a solution to the problem in the city of Yogyakarta which is still lacking in iconic buildings, open spaces for interaction, and spaces that can be enjoyed by various groups as a place for communal, recreation, exchange of ideas and ideas. It is also hoped that Suryodingratan Art Space can answer the needs of people who are interested in the development of art in Yogyakarta and foster the spirit of artists in Yogyakarta to improve their work in order to move towards a more professional level.
