Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja, besar persentase perbandingan, dan harga satuan pekerjaan untuk pekerjaan beton bertulang dengan mengambil studi kasus pada Proyek Renovasi Masjid FMIPA UGM Yogyakarta.vAnalisis penelitian ini menggunakan perbandingan metode Permen PUPR 28-2016 dan metode lapangan. Tenaga kerja diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja, produktivitas per hari dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan per item pekerjaan khususnya pada kolom dan balok yang meliputi pekerjaan 1 m2 bekisting, pekerjaan 10 kg pembesian, dan pekerjaan 1 m3 pengecoran. Hasil dari analisis indeks tenaga kerja lapangan untuk pekerjaan 1 m2 bekisting diperoleh nilai indeks untuk pekerjaan kolom yaitu mandor sebesar 0,047 OH, K.Tukang sebesar 0,047 OH, tukang sebesar 0,209 OH, dan pekerja sebesar 0,311 OH. Pada balok memiliki indeks untuk mandor sebesar 0,043 OH, kepala tukang 0,043 OH, tukang sebesar 0,158 OH, pekerja sebesar 0,287 OH. Sedangkan pada analisis indeks Permen PUPR 28-2016 diketahui untuk indeks tenaga kerja pekerjaan 1 m2 bekisting memiliki indeks untuk mandor sebesar 0,033 OH, K.Tukang sebesar 0,033 OH, tukang sebesar 0,330, dan pekerja sebesar 0,660 OH. Indeks tersebut kemudian digunakan dalam analisis persentase dan dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan tiap pekerjaan dengan metode Permen PUPR 28-2016 dan lapangan. Kata Kunci: Harga Produktivitas, Tenaga Kerja, Perbandingan. This study was conducted to determine the labor productivity index, the percentage of comparison, and the unit price of work for reinforced concrete works by taking a case study on the Mosque Renovation Project, FMIPA UGM Yogyakarta. The analysis of this study uses a comparison of the PUPR Ministerial Regulation 28-2016 and the field method. Labor is obtained by direct observation of the number of workers, productivity per day and the time required to complete each item of work, especially on columns and beams which include 1 m2 of formwork, 10 kg of iron work, and 1 m3 of casting work. The results of the field labor index analysis for 1 m2 formwork work obtained index values for column work, namely the foreman of 0.047 OH, the head of the craftsman of 0.047 OH, the handyman of 0.209 OH, and the worker of 0.311 OH. The beam has an index of 0.043 OH for the foreman, 0.043 OH for the head of the foreman, 0.158 OH for the worker, 0.287 OH for the worker. Meanwhile, in the analysis of the PUPR Ministerial Decree 28-2016, it is known that the labor index of 1 m2 of formwork has an index for foreman of 0.033 OH, head of craftsman of 0.033 OH, craftsman of 0.330, and workers of 0.660 OH. The index is then used in the percentage analysis and continued with the calculation of the unit price analysis for each job using the PUPR Ministerial Decree 28-2016 and the field.
