Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Jembatan Sungai Serayu Mandirancan – Pegalongan direncanakan menggunakan pondasi tiang bor ukuran 80 cm dan kedalaman 20 m di bawah muka tanah. Dalam perencanaan suatu bangunan jembatan tidak lepas dari kriteria aman dan ekonomis. Setiap pondasi dituntut mampu mendukung beban sampai batas keamanan yang telah direncanakan, termasuk mendukung beban maksimum yang terjadi. Analisis dukung pondasi dilakukan dengan memperhatikan data penyelidikan tanah, beban yang dipikul oleh pondasi, dimensi tiang, jarak antar tiang dan kedalaman tiang. Peneliti ingin melakukan perencanaan ulang pondasi tiang bor menggunakan variasi diameter tiang pancang untuk mengetahui kekuatan tiang pancang dalam menahan beban struktur diatasnya. Perencanaan ulang tiang pancang direncanakan dengan 3 alternatif variasi diameter, yaitu diameter 0,4 m, 0,5 m, 0,6 m. Dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kapasitas dukung pondasi tiang pancang dengan tiang eksisting. Perhitungan beban diambil dari standar Bridge Management System yang dihitung oleh Konsultan Perencana. Hasil analisis kapasitas dukung ultimit (Qu) menggunakan metode U.S Army Corps pada tiang pancang diameter 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 922.813 kN, 1443.17 kN, 1733.297 kN. Penurunan elastik tiang tunggal yang terjadi pada tiang pancang diameter 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 2.3 cm, 2.67 cm, 3.2 cm, sedangkan penurunan elastik tiang kelompok yang terjadi pada tiang pancang diameter 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 1.31 cm, 1.62, 1.31 cm. Pada saat melakukan perhitungan kontrol gaya lateral menurut teori Broms (1964) untuk tiang pancang diameter 40 cm mendapat hasil Faktor Keamanan sebesar 3,2 > 1,5 sehingga masuk kedalam kategori aman, untuk tiang pancang diameter 50 cm mendapat hasil FK sebesar 1,6 > 1,5 sehingga masuk kedalam kategori aman, dan untuk tiang pancang diameter 60 cm mendapat hasil FK sebesar 0,71 < 1,5 sehingga masuk kedalam kategori tidak aman. Dari perhitungan tulangan pile cap arah X dan Y diperoleh hasil yaitu menggunakan tulangan D19-150. Kata Kunci : Pondasi Tiang, Kapasitas Dukung, Penurunan, Pile Cap The construction project of the Serayu Mandirancan – Pegalongan River Bridge is planned to use a drill pile foundation measuring 80 cm and a depth of 20 m below ground level. In planning a bridge building can not be separated from the criteria of safety and economics. Each foundation is required to be able to support the load up to the planned safety limit, including supporting the maximum load that occurs. Foundation bearing analysis is carried out by taking into account soil investigation data, the load carried by the foundation, pile dimensions, distance between piles and pile depth. Researchers want to re-plan the drill pile foundation using variations in the diameter of the pile to determine the strength of the pile to withstand the load on the structure above it. Pile re-planning is planned with 3 alternative diameter variations, namely diameter 0.4 m, 0.5 m, 0.6 m. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation with the existing pile. The load calculation is taken from the standard Bridge Management System which is calculated by the Planning Consultant. The results of the ultimate bearing capacity analysis (Qu) using the U.S Army Corps method on piles with a diameter of 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, obtained respectively 922,813 kN, 1443.17 kN, 1733,297 kN. The elastic decrease for single piles that occur in piles with diameters of 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, were obtained respectively 2.3 cm, 2.67 cm, 3.2 cm, while the elastic decrease in group piles that occurred in piles with diameters of 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, obtained respectively 1.31 cm, 1.62, 1.31 cm. When calculating the lateral force control according to Broms theory (1964) for piles with a diameter of 40 cm, the results of the Safety Factor are 3.2 > 1.5 so that they are included in the safe category, for piles with a diameter of 50 cm the FK results are 1.6. > 1.5 so that it is in the safe category, and for piles with a diameter of 60 cm the FK results are 0.71 < 1.5 so that it is in the unsafe category. From the calculation of the pile cap reinforcement in the X and Y directions, the results obtained are using D19-150 reinforcement. Keywords : Pile Foundation, Bearing Capacity, Subsidence, Pile Cap
