Abstract
ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHA MEBEL Studi Kasus UMKM Barokah Jaya Mebel Wonogiri Arif Wigunanto1, Andung Jati Nugroho 2 1,Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta ABSTRAK Usaha Barokah Jaya Mebel sudah berdiri sejak 2012 yang dimana usaha yang dijalankan selama ± 9 tahun belum bisa mendapatkan investor. Sedangkan dengan Rata-rata pendapatan kotor usaha pertahun adalah sebesar Rp. 253.903.00 dari rata- rata total biaya yang dikeluakan sebesar Rp. 563.050.000 yang menunjukan jumlah profit yang cukup besar dan berpeluang mendapatkan investor dengan profit yang diberikan. Namun usaha yang dijalankan belum memiliki analisis dan informasi keuangan serta kriteria investasi yang tepat sebagai ukuran yang menyeluruh sebagai dasar persetujuan atau penolakan tentang layak tidaknya suatu usaha. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha Barokah Jaya Mebel ditinjau dari Aspek Finansial untuk informasi keuangan dan kriteria investasi dengan pendekatan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis nilai Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Payback Period (PP) serta menganalisis tingkat sensitivitas dari penurunan pendapatan sebagai indikator penentuan apakah usaha layak dijalankan atau tidak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil nilai Break Even Point sebesar 143 unit, nilai Net Present Value positif atau lebih besar dari nol sebesar Rp. 914.586.475, Internal Rate of Return sebesar bunga 50% yang masih bernilai positif, nilai Rasio B/C sebesar 1.22 yang nilainya lebih besar dari 1, Payback Period selama 0.88 tahun pengembalian cepat dilakukan. Analisa sensitivitas yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan penurunan pendapatan sebesar 20% pada tahun ke 4 dan ke 5 tidak berpengaruh terhadap usaha Barokah Jaya Mebel maka usaha layak terus dijalankan. Sehingga dari hasil analisis keseluruhan aspek finansial usaha Barokah Jaya Mebel dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan. The average gross income per year is Rp. 253,903.00 of the average total cost of Rp. 563,050,000 which shows the amount of profit that is quite large and has the opportunity to get investors with the given profit. However, the business being carried out does not yet have financial analysis and information as well as appropriate investment criteria as a comprehensive measure as a basis for approval or rejection of whether or not a business is feasible. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Barokah Jaya Furniture in terms of Financial Aspects for financial information and investment criteria with a data processing approach using Break Even Point (BEP) value analysis, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Payback Period (PP) and analyze the sensitivity level of income decline as an indicator of whether the business is feasible or not. The results obtained are the Break Even Point value of 143 units, the value of the Net Present Value is positive or greater than zero of Rp. 914,586,475, Internal Rate of Return of 50% interest which is still positive, B/C Ratio value of 1.22 which value is greater than 1, Payback Period for 0.88 years fast returns are made Sensitivity analysis carried out with a 20% income reduction approach in the 4th and 5th years has no effect on Barokah Jaya Furniture's business, so the business is feasible to continue. So from the results of the overall analysis of the financial aspects of the Barokah Jaya Furniture business, it is declared feasible to run.
