Abstract
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PADA PROSES PRODUKSI PAKAN IKAN DENGAN METODE FAULT TREE ANALYSIS DAN FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS Wasmo Herdianto 1, Widya Setiafindari 2 1,Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta ABSTRAK Unit Produksi Pakan Ikan Mandiri Pangandaran merupakan bagian dari Balai Besar Perikanan Budidaya Laut Lampung yang bergerak dalam pembuatan pakan ikan yang dihasilkan untuk bantuan pakan kepada kelompok budidaya ikan. Pada tahun 2020 perusahaan mampu menghasilkan produk sebanyak 254.150 ton ukuran 25kg. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu banyaknya produk cacat pada proses produksi yang disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, mesin dan bahan baku. Pada tahun 2020 total produk cacat yang dihasilkan yaitu mencapai 19,67%. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu Fault Tree Analysis. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa kegagalan yang terjadi. Setelah diketahui jenis kegagalan yang terjadi, kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis, digunakan untuk mengetahui jenis kegagalan mana yang terjadi memiliki nilai RPN paling tinggi dengan cara mengalikan tingkat keparahan, kejadian, dan deteksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan didapatkan bahwa terdapat 2 jenis cacat yaitu cacat remahan dan padat. Faktor penyebab cacat tersebut yaitu faktor manusia, mesin dan bahan baku. Nilai RPN terbesar yaitu pada permasalahan cetakan tersumbat dengan nilai RPN 192. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor putaran RPM mesin pemotong tidak tepat dan pengaturan kadar air yang tidak tepat. Kemudian usulan metode pengendalian permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menentukan kadar air yang sesuai dengan pemakaian komposisi bahan baku yang digunakan. In 2020 the company is able to produce as many as 254,150 tons of product with a size per package of 25kg. The problem faced is the number of defective products in the production process caused by human factors, machines and raw materials. In 2020 the total defective products produced reached 19.67%. In this research, the method used is Fault Tree Analysis. This method is used to identify and analyze failures that occur. After knowing the type of failure that occurred, an analysis was carried out using the Failure Mode And Effect Analysis method which was used to find out which type of failure occurred had the highest RPN value by multiplying the severity, incidence, and detection. Based on the processing results, it was found that there were 2 types of defects, namely crumb and solid defects. Factors causing these defects are human factors, machines and raw materials. The largest RPN value is the problem of clogged molds with an RPN value of 192. The problem is caused by the improper rotation factor of the cutting machine RPM and improper water content settings. Then the proposed method of controlling the problem is to determine the water content according to the composition of the raw materials used.
