Abstract

Perkembangan yang pesat dalam bidang konstruksi dan tingkat kompleksitas proyek yang tinggi, menuntut pihak penyedia jasa konstruksi harus bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien. Proyek konstruksi yang memiliki tingkat kompleksitas tinggi serta perencanan yang dilakukan secara terpisah sering dijumpai konflik (clash). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis clash detection pada Gedung Polsek Depok Barat menggunakan software Navisworks Manage. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan pekerjaan ulangan serta penambahan volume yang diakibatkan oleh adanya clash. Pada penelitian ini pemodelan 3D struktur dan arsitektur dilakukan secara terpisah menggunakan software Revit, yang selanjutnya akan diintegrasikan menggunakan software Navisworks Manage, serta melakukan analisis clash detection menggunakan fitur clash detective. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan adanya titik 6 clash, clash tersebut terjadi akibat adanya tabrakan antara elemen tangga dengan plat lantai. Clash 1 terletak pada koordinat 9.643m, 1.392m, dan 7.00m, clash 2 terletak pada koordinat 8.993m, 1.408m, dan 7.00m, clash 3 terletak pada koordinat 7.691m, 3.835m, dan 10.00m, clash 4 terletak pada koordinat 8.993m, 1.408m, 3.500m, clash 5 terletak pada koordinat 7.684m, 4.816m, 7.00m, serta clash 6 terletak pada koordinat 7.685m, 3.859m, 7.00m. Sebelum melakukan analisis clash detection nilai volume beton plat lantai 2, 3 dan 4 dilapangan sebesar 30,72 m3, 30,72 m3 dan 12,51m3, namun setelah melakukan analisis terjadi perubahan volume beton karena terdapat clash pada plat lantai, clash tersebut terjadi karena tidak terdapat void atau lubang untuk jalan masuk melalui tangga. Setelah menambahkan void pada plat lantai 2, 3, dan 4 volume berubah menjadi sebesar 28,18 m3, 28,18 m3 dan 10,31 m3. Construction projects that have a high level of complexity and are planned separately are often met with conflicts (clashes). The purpose of this study was to analyze clash detection at the West Depok Police Building using Navisworks Manage software. This research was conducted as an effort to prevent rework and increase the volume caused by the clash. In this study, 3D modeling of structures and architectures is carried out separately using Revit software, which will then be integrated using Navisworks Manage software, and perform clash detection analysis using the clash detective feature. The results of this study found that there were 6 clash points, the clash occurred due to a collision between the stairs element and the floor plate. Clash 1 is located at coordinates 9.643m, 1.392m, and 7.00m, clash 2 is located at coordinates 8.993m, 1,408m, and 7.00m, clash 3 is located at coordinates 7.691m, 3.835m, and 10.00m, clash 4 is located at coordinates 8,993m, 1,408m, 3,500m, clash 5 is located at coordinates 7.684m, 4.816m, 7.00m, and clash 6 is located at coordinates 7.685m, 3.859m, 7.00m. Before performing the clash detection analysis, the value of the concrete volume of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor slabs in the field was 30.72 m3, 30.72 m3 and 12.51m3, but after doing the analysis there was a change in the volume of concrete because there was a clash on the floor slab, the clash occurred because there are no voids or holes for entry through stairs. After adding voids to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor plates the volume changes to 28.18 m3, 28.18 m3 and 10.31 m3. Keywords: Clash Detection; Integration; Navsiworks Manage; Revit; Volume
