Abstract
Pembangunan insfrastruktur saat ini sedang gencar dilakukan. Salah satunya adalah pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Kediri yaitu pembangunan Bandara Dhoho Kediri. Salah satu lokasi pembangunan bandara ini terletak di Desa Grogol, Kecamatan Grogol, Kabupaten Kediri. Pembangunan ini tidak dipungkiri akan menciptakan dampak. Dampak yang mungkin terjadi adalah dampak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan sosial dan masyarakat, dampak apa saja yang disebabkan oleh pembangunan bandara ini terhadap lingkungan serta upaya meminimalisir dampak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis mean rank. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, pengisian kuesioner kepada responden yang dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan google form. Pengolahan data hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Software SPSS versi 25. Target penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di Desa Grogol, Kecamatan Grogol, Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan didapatkan untuk dampak lingkungan pada indikator kebisingan memiliki nilai prosentase paling besar yaitu 43,72% dengan nilai mean rank 477,75. Sedangkan untuk kondisi lingkungan sosial dan masyarakat pada indikator perubahan penggunaan lahan memiliki nilai prosentase paling besar yaitu 42,76% dengan nilai mean rank 120. Kata kunci: Bandara, lingkungan, upaya. Infrastructure development is currently being intensively carried out. One of them is the development carried out by the Kediri City Government, namely the construction of the Kediri Dhoho Airport. One of the construction sites for this airport is located in Grogol Village, Grogol District, Kediri Regency. It is undeniable that this development will create an impact. The possible impact is the impact on the environment. This study aims to determine the condition of the social and community environment, what impacts are caused by the construction of this airport on the environment and efforts to minimize the impact. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis research methods. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis and mean rank analysis. The stages in this research are observation, filling out questionnaires to respondents which is done online using google form. Processing of research data using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 25. The target of this research is the people who live in Grogol Village, Grogol District, Kediri Regency. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained for the environmental impact on the noise indicator has the largest percentage value, which is 43.72% with a mean rank value of 477.75. Meanwhile, for social and community environmental conditions, the land use change indicator has the largest percentage value, namely 42.76% with a mean rank value of 120.
