Abstract

Pergerakan lalulintas kereta api berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan beban lintas yang diterima oleh prasarana (jalan rel) dan dapat mengakibatkan perubahan geometri lintasan. Perubahan geometri lintasan menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas lintasan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada komponen jalan rel. Untuk mengetahui kerusakan dan kondisi lintasan di lintas Stasiun Wates – Stasiun Sentolo Km 516+300 – Km 520+300 Daerah Operasi 6 Yogyakarta, dilakukan pengukuran kualitas jalan rel yaitu berdasarkan standar perkeretaapian Indonesia, terdiri dari empat parameter kerusakan yaitu angkatan, listringan, lebar spur, dan pertinggian. Indikator penilaian perhitungan Track Quality Index berdasarkan standar deviasi tiap parameter kerusakan yang menghasilkan nilai TQI. Besar pengaruh setiap parameter terhadap nilai TQI diketahui dengan regresi linier berganda. Pada penelitian ini, jalan rel mengalami kerusakan parameter angkatan 5-6 mm, listringan 5-7 mm, lebar spur 5-9 mm dan pertinggian ≥7 mm. Nilai TQI setiap segmen adalah TQI<20 dan 20>TQI<35 dengan prosentase 90% berkategori I (baik sekali) dan 10% berkategori II (baik). Perbedaan pada kategori lintasan menunjukan adanya penurunan kualitas lintasan. Penurunan pada kualitas lintasan perlu adanya pemeliharaan rutin terhadap kondisi geometri lintasan sesuai dengan penyimpangan ukuran yang diijinkan pada keempat parameter kerusakan Track Quality Index (TQI). Hasil egresi linier berganda menunjukan parameter kerusakan berpengaruh sebesar 87,1% terhadap nilai Track Quality Index (TQI) yang didominasi oleh parameter lebar spur, sedangkan persentase sisa sebesar 12,9% dijelaskan olah faktor lain di luar parameter pengujian. The movement of rail traffic affects the increase in traffic loads received by the infrastructure (rail roads) and can result in changes in track geometry. Changes in track geometry cause a decrease in track quality which can cause damage to rail components. To determine the damage and track conditions across Wates Station – Sentolo Station Km 516+300 – Km 520+300 Yogyakarta Operational Area 6, the quality of the rail road was measured based on Indonesian railway standards, consisting of four damage parameters, namely force, light, spur width and elevation. The assessment indicator for the calculation of the Track Quality Index is based on the standard deviation of each damage parameter which results in the TQI value. The magnitude of the effect of each parameter on the TQI value is known by multiple linear regression. In this study, the rail road was damaged by 5-6 mm lift parameters, 5-7 mm light, 5-9 mm spur width and 7 mm height. The TQI value of each segment is TQI<20 and 20>TQI<35 with a percentage of 90% in category I (very good) and 10% in category II (good). Differences in track categories indicate a decrease in track quality. The decrease in the quality of the track requires routine maintenance of the geometry of the track in accordance with the allowable size deviations in the four parameters of the Track Quality Index (TQI) damage. The results of multiple linear regression show that the damage parameter has an effect of 87.1% on the value of the Track Quality Index (TQI), which is dominated by the spur width parameter, while the remaining percentage of 12.9% is explained by other factors outside the test parameters.
