Abstract

Pada saat ini dunia konstruksi merupakan bagian yang tidak akan terpisahkan dari kehidupan di setiap negara termasuk di Indonesia. Dengan semakin bertambahnya penduduk yang mendiami suatu wilayah, maka semakin dibutuhkan berbagai macam jasa konstruksi. Saat ini perkembangan dunia konstruksi semakin pesat, dalam pelaksaan sebuah proyek konstruksi banyak usaha yang biasa dilakukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan tersebut baik secara struktur maupun manajemen konstruksi. Untuk suatu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi biasanya semakin besar proyek yang dikerjakan maka semakin besar pula kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan jasa konstruksi tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan plat lantai Autoclaved Aerated Concrete beton precast dengan plat lantai beton konvensional agar diketahui seberapa besar perbandingan harga dan berapa lama waktu pelaksanaan yang harus dilakukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data yang berguna untuk menunjang penelitian tugas akhir. Metode analisis data berisikan penjelasan tentang studi pustaka yang merupakan langkah awal untuk memulai metode analisis data, selanjutnya dilakukan pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh beberapa informasi yang dibutuhkan terkait penelitian seperti gambar desain proyek penelitian tersebut, RAB yang terkait dengan penelitian dan harga dari pabrikasi plat lantai pracetak. Terakhir kesimpulan dari analisis data tersebut. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan di proyek pembangunan Puskesmas Gondangrejo didapatkan hasil biaya pekerjaan untuk plat lantai AAC beton precast sebesar Rp. 319.927.500,00 dan biaya plat lantai beton konvensional sebesar Rp. 533.212.500,00. Selisih biaya yang didapatkan dari pekerjaan plat lantai Autoclaved Aerated Concrete dengan plat beton konvensional sebesar Rp. 213.285.000,00. Untuk waktu pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan plat lantai AAC beton precast dengan durasi waktu pekerjaan selama 5 hari kerja dan plat lantai beton konvensional dengan durasi waktu selama 11 hari. Selisih waktu yang didapatkan adalah 6 hari plat lantai beton konvensional lebih lama dari plat lantai AAC beton precast Kata kunci : Biaya, Waktu, Plat Lantai, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, Konvensional At this time the world of construction is an inseparable part of life in every country, including Indonesia. For an implementation of a construction project, usually the larger the project being carried out, the greater the obstacles faced by the construction service company. The purpose of this study was to compare the cost and time of execution of precast concrete Autoclaved Aerated Concrete floor slabs with conventional concrete floor slabs in order to know how much the price comparison is and how long it takes to implement. The data analysis method used is a data analysis method that is useful to support the final project research. The data analysis method contains an explanation of the literature study which is the first step to start the data analysis method, then data collection is carried out to obtain some information needed related to research such as the design drawings of the research project, RAB related to research and the price of precast floor plate fabrication. Finally, the conclusion of the data analysis. From the results of the analysis carried out at the Gondangrejo Health Center construction project, it was found that the cost of work for precast concrete AAC floor plates was Rp. 319,927,50,00 and the cost of a conventional concrete floor slab is Rp. 533,212,500.00. The difference in costs obtained from the work of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete floor slabs with conventional concrete slabs is Rp. 213,285,000.00.
