Abstract
Pasar dan terminal adalah salah satu obyek vital penggerak perekonomian di kecamatan adipala. Site dengan lokasi yang sempit, minim infrastruktur, sirkulasi yang semrawut dan padat membuat operasional pasar dan terminal menjadi sulit berkembang. Tujuan pengembangan relokasi pasar mixed use terminal bus dengan pendekatan open building ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah- masalah yang timbul dalam site dengan lahan yang terbatas dengan lahan baru yang lebih luas dan bebas hambatan, serta dapat menjadi rujukan pemerintah daerah terkait proses relokasi. Desain pasar mixed use terminal bus ini berfokus pada konsep open building dengan metode support dan infill untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan life time bangunan dimasa mendatang agar lebih tahan lama dan dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Konsep open building akan diterapkan pada pengaturan berdasarkan analisa tapak, material, struktur dan utilitas bangunan yang dapat fleksibel dilakukan bongkar pasang sesuai dengan tantangan kebutuhan pengguna atau perubahan iklim. Markets and terminals are one of the vital objects driving the economy in adipala sub-district. Sites with a narrow location, minimal infrastructure, chaotic and dense circulation make market and terminal operations difficult to develop. The purpose of the development of mixed use bus terminal market relocation with open building approach is expected to be able to overcome problems arising in the site with limited land with new land that is wider and free of obstacles, and can be a reference of local governments related to the relocation process. The design of mixed use bus terminal market focuses on the concept of open building with support and infill methods to accommodate the life time needs of future buildings to be more durable and can keep up with the times. The concept of open building will be applied to the arrangement based on the analysis of the site, materials, structures and utilities of the building that can be flexibly done unloading pairs in accordance with the challenges of user needs or climate change around the site.
