Abstract
Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serat pati onggok 7%, 8%, 9% dan flyash sebesar 15% sebagai bahan tambah semen terhadap nilai kuat lentur beton. Peneliti membandingkan nilai kuat lentur beton normal dengan beton yang menggunakan bahan tambah fly ash sebesar 15% dan serat pati onggok sebesar 7%, 8%, dan 9%.Penelitian dilaksnakan kurang lebih 5-6 minggu mulai dari persiapan bahan/material, peralatan, pembuatan, perawatan benda uji dan diakhiri dengan pengujian benda uji. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan menggunakan buku referensi, buku petunjuk praktikum, jurnal dan pencarian di internet serta penelitian terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan penelitian tugas akhir ini.Metode experimental pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi–informasi yang relevan dengan cara melakukan penelitian dan pembuatan benda uji secara langsung di laboratorium. Nilai slump benda uji beton normal silinder dan balok memiliki nilai rata-rata slump yang sesuai dengan mix design yaitu 10 cm, bahan tambah flyash 15% dan serat pati onggok persentase 7% dan 8%, memiliki nilai slump yaitu 3,5 cm dan 3cm. Sedangkan persentase 9% nilai slump yaitu 2,5 cm. Silinder beton normal pada umur 28 hari didapatkan hasil rata-rata beton normal sebesar 26,33 Mpa. hasil pengujian kuat lentur beton normal pada umur 28, kuat lentur rata-rata beton balok normal 4,98 Mpa, sedangkan kuat lentur beton balok dengan bahan tambah serat pati onggok dan flyash sebesar 15% , 7% mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 5,51 Mpa, 8% mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 5,47 Mpa, dan 9% mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 4,40. Nilai kuat lentur beton balok terjadi kenaikan terhadap kuat lentur beton balok normal di 7% dan 8% sedangkan di 9% mengalami penurunan seiring bertambahnya jumlah persenannya. The researcher compared the flexural strength of normal concrete with concrete that used 15% fly ash and 7%, 8%, and 9% of onggok starch fiber. The research was carried out for approximately 5-6 weeks starting from the preparation of materials/materials, equipment, manufacture, maintenance of the test object and ended with testing the test object. While the percentage of 9% slump value is 2.5 cm. Normal concrete cylinder at the age of 28 days obtained an average yield of 26.33 MPa. The results of testing the flexural strength of normal concrete at the age of 28, the average flexural strength of normal concrete beams is 4.98 Mpa. The flexural strength of concrete beams with added material of onggok starch fiber and flyash was 15%, 7% got an average value of 5.51 Mpa, 8% got an average value of 5.47 Mpa, and 9% got an average value of 4. 40. The value of the flexural strength of concrete beams increased to the flexural strength of normal beam concrete at 7% and 8%, while at 9% it decreased as the percentage increased.
