Abstract

ABSTRACT Tekoff Coffee is one of the most famous cafes in Yogyakarta. Tekoff Coffee is located on Jalan Sagan, Yogyakarta. This cafe is in great demand by students because of its convenient location and located in the middle of the city. Although this cafe business is quite good, it still has some obstacles. One of the obstacles that occur is the employee payroll system. Payroll system in this cafe is still not computerized. The data input process is still done manually. They recap attendance by using Microsoft Excel application, and this also applies to recapitulation of salary data. This can make some obstacles such as recording will take a long time, or Redundence in the Microsoft Excel application, and because attendance is still manual, it does not rule out fraud. The purpose of this research is to help overcome the obstacles that occur in Tekoff Coffee. This greatly affects the process of data recording by the admin. So that the Tekoff Coffee admin work becomes easier and faster. The results of this study are the production of a computerized payroll system, has standard rules in the program development process so that it is easy to develop, and helps minimize errors in processing employee salary calculations.
