Abstract

WEB-BASED ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT (Case Study: SDN 1 Pecekelan Gedangan, Pecekelan, Sapuran, Wonosobo Regency) Muhammad Aburusli Angkawijaya, Dodi Hariadi, M.Eng Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogykarta Jl. SDN 1 Pecekelan is located at JL Wonosobo-Purworejo No. 62, Gedangan, Pecekelan, Sapuran, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java 56373. In the academic management process, the conventional system is still used, where the academic process is still running manually. Input is still done by inputting grades in a notebook and later it is entered into a desktop application so that the data will be prone to loss due to being deleted or so on and the values recorded in the book also have a risk of being lost, torn, exposed to water and so on. other. And also at the time of preparing student report cards which will take a lot of time because entering academic values, especially grades, still uses records in the form of bookkeeping. So it is felt that this is not very effective in improving academics at SDN 1 Pecekelan. This academic information system can be a solution that can be used to make it easier to process data and make academic data reports, which are fast and efficient.
