Abstract
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI POINT OF SALE BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS : TNGR STORE YOGYAKARTA) Dini Surya Novita, Dodi Hariyadi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogykarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email: dinisnovita01@gmail.com, dodihar@gmail.com, ABSTRACT TNGR Store is a company engaged in youth clothing such as hats, t-shirts, shirts, jackets, pants, and other accessories. System analysis was conducted to find out the reasons for the development of a Point of Sales (POS) application at the TNGR Store Yogyakarta. The problems found were delays in ordering goods, the orderly number of orders, especially when there were many visitors, the stock of goods that ran out was not clearly updated, the amount of stock, expenditure and entry of goods was not controlled, and the process of compiling reports was complicated. For this reason, it is necessary to create a system to facilitate the service. The purpose of this research is to produce a Web-based Point of Sales (POS) application, Cashier to facilitate ordering goods so as to be able to streamline the time needed and make it easier to make the required reports. Methods of data collection is done by 3 methods, namely literature study, interviews and observation. Making the POS application is expected to facilitate the process of ordering goods, especially at the TNGR Store. Keywords: Information System, Point of Sales, TNGR Store.
