Abstract
DESIGN AND BUILD E-LEARNING INFORMATION SYSTEM AS A SUPPORTING MEDIA TEACHING LEARNING ACTIVITIES Naelis Syifani, Yuli Asriningtyas, M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogykarta Jl. ABSTRACT The development of technology and communication is currently taking a big role in influencing all aspects, one of which is in the aspect of education. E-learning is one example of technological renewal related to learning methods in schools. At MTs Salafiyah Kalimas, Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) are still carried out conventionally where teachers and students still have to meet face to face in a class. In other words, the teaching and learning process is considered lacking because the interaction between teachers and students is still limited by study hours. This research was conducted to overcome this problem by making an e-learning information system at MTs Salafiyah Kalimas. E-learning is one solution to optimize the teaching and learning process between teachers and students that occurs in schools because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime and can maximize the intensity of interaction between teachers and students.
