Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Stationery and Paper Store “Pandu” Yogyakarta) Silvester Evan Sakaleswara, Sutarman. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : silvester972@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Stationery and Paper Store “Pandu” is a company engaged in the sale of stationery and paper. Pandu Shop is located at Jl. Komojoyo No.21A, Karang Gayam, Caturtunggal, Kec. Depok, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55281. The problem that occurs is the slow processing of inventory data that has not been controlled such as frequent errors in recording inventory, incoming goods and outgoing goods because all data recording is recorded in a notebook, besides that there is also frequent data loss and data loss. requires a very long time in the process of searching for data and slow in making reports. The purpose of the study was to determine the running system, design, and implement an inventory information system at the "Pandu" Stationery and Paper Store. The research mechanism uses primary data collection methods which are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and secondary data collection. The output generated from this research is a web-based application. The software used is PHP using a MySQL database. With the design of an inventory information system, it is hoped that it can assist users in managing inventory data so that it can provide good information, can simplify the data search process and make it easier for users to make reports.
