Abstract

Asset management at the Bantul National Junior High School still uses the conventional method, namely by writing in a book and then inputting it into Microsoft Excel which is on the school's computer at the school so that it is possible to be prone to losing school inventory data if, for example, school computer equipment is damaged or lost, making it difficult for the parties. school to register again. This can cause problems in the asset management process that takes a long time and is not well structured, besides that the speed of data access (reports) if needed at any time becomes longer. Solving these problems requires the existence of a School Asset Management Information System. The purpose of this research is as a provider of asset data by using the XAMPP, PHP, HTML software system in an effort to order documents and make it easier to find assets. Testing the asset management information system at the Bantul National Junior High School using the blackbox method. After the stage of designing an asset web management information system at the Bantul National Junior High School. The black-box test results show that the system functionality is running well according to the needs regarding asset management at the Bantul National Junior High School.
