Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED ORPHANAGE MEMBERSHIP AND FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM Girang Nasip Marudut Sinamo, Umar Zaky, S.Kom., M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : email.mahasiswa@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT The Bina Insani Orphanage Yogyakarta is an orphanage for orphans and poor people located on the outskirts of a small village called Sombangan, Sumbersari, Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This orphanage was established on 5 May, 2005. The orphanage located in Sombangan Sumbersari Moyudan Sleman Yogyakarta requires an administrative system that can help the admin staff to be able to manage the children's data in the orphanage more reliably and effectively. In this case, the information managed is the child's personal information, donor information, and donation transaction information at the orphanage. The process of managing children's personal information, donor information, and donation transaction information at the orphanage so far has used Microsoft Word and Excel. After that it is printed into hardcopy which is not small in number, so it will take a lot of time and money for the printing process, which only runs manually and there is no special system that processes it systematically, especially if the number of files is very large. In the case of the Bina Insani Orphanage, the researcher offers a membership and financial administration system for the Bina Insani orphanage with the aim of building a system and database for managing web-based data and converting hardcopy data into database form so that there is no damage or data loss. From the implementation of the membership and financial administration system at the Bina Insani Orphanage Yogyakarta, the results of a system that can assist the orphanage in the process of registering donors, registering orphans and processing the allocation of donations from donors at the Orphanage Bina Insani Yogyakarta are obtained.
