Abstract

Web-Based Counseling Guidance Information System (Case Study: Angkasa Adisutjipto High School Yogyakarta) Ahmad Sa’Roni, Afwan Anggara Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of TechnologyYogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : roniafflay@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta is an institution engaged in education. SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta has problems in managing counseling guidance data. The administration of counseling services at SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta is still not fully computerized. Problems that occur in the management of recording violation data, achievement data, attendance data, student assessment data, and counseling guidance processes which are currently still conventional, are still written in books and continue to be archived in file storage cabinets, causing not a few data that are not well preserved, and some letters are undocumented. Based on the existing problems, a web-based counseling guidance system was created using the waterfall method. The counseling guidance information system can be used to manage the process of recording user data involved in the information system (admin, teachers, and students). With this system, it is hoped that later the management of counseling guidance data will be more organized so that it will simplify the way of working and increase the work efficiency of counseling guidance teachers.
