Abstract

INTEGRATED POLICE SERVICE CENTER SYSTEM (SPKT) Youlirins Sianipar, Dr. Enny Itje Sela, S.Si., M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : velonalevi61@gmail.com,ennysela@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT The Integrated Police Service Center, which is abbreviated as SPKT, is responsible for providing police services to the community in the form of initial receipt and handling of reports/complaints, police support/support services, as well as functions related to visiting crime scenes to carry out security operations and crime scene handling in accordance with applicable regulations. The SPKT system of the Pakualaman Police of Yogyakarta has been computerized using Microsoft Word. However, this causes an abnormality in data processing which makes it difficult for SPKT officers at the Pakualaman Police of Yogyakarta to collect incident data and to check SPKT reports. The community has difficulty reporting an incident because of the community's ignorance in entering the required data and getting a Police Report Receipt (STTLP). To deal with these problems, it is necessary to build a web-based system with a waterfall model, PHP programming language and MySQL database. This study aims to design a web SPKT system that can assist police officers in managing reporting data, incident report data and Police Report Receipt reports (STTLP), as well as making it easier for the public to file incident reports and obtain Police Report Receipts (STTLP).
