Abstract

Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : nurazizzaah9@gmail.com, suhirman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT SMK Muhammadiyah Berbah was founded in 1998, is one of the private vocational schools in Yogyakarta. The system for recording the administration of tuition payments that runs at SMK Muhammdiyah is still manual, i.e. students get an SPP payment card in which there is an SPP payment on the card. Other payment records without detailed information are then copied to the general ledger. Another problem that arises is that the treasurer collects payments in arrears to the guardians of students who have made payments but there is no copy of the notes in the ledger or on the SPP payment card. This results in less effective and efficient in making student tuition payments. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to have a web-based system that can assist in processing SPP payment data. This research aims to create a system that can help the manager, namely the school treasurer, in recording tuition payments. In addition, the system can also be used to handle online tuition payments. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall. System design consists of logic and non logic design. This system implements midtrans as a payment gateway for online payment methods. The results of this study are the existence of an SPP administration management information system that can assist treasurers in processing SPP payment data and helping students to make SPP payments. This system has online payment features, notification of tuition bills and payment reports. Keywords : Tuition Fee Payment, Payment gateway, System
