Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED BOARDING SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Bantul) Taufik Ashari , Suhirman Information systems study program, faculty of science & technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad utara jombor sleman yogyakarta Email : asharitaufiq68@gmail.com, suhirman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT In the management of new students, services still use written forms, there is also no student data recording and student administration in a structured and computerized manner. In this case, there are often similarities in student data and the slow process of administration at Islamic boarding schools. With the construction of the boarding school administration system, it is hoped that it can help all the processes needed. The PSB management is the net of a process for the entry of new students at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Bantul. This system uses a design method used to identify the components of an information system design including Database Design, Activity Diagrams, DFD, Context Diagrams to System design and program implementation. The results of the research conducted are the application program of the Santri administration. This student administration application is website-based. The student administration application functions to carry out the registration process for new students and the administrative process. With this system, it is expected to reduce fraud in terms of administration and registration of new students.
