Abstract

Development of a website-based village administration service information system (Case Study: Girisuko Village Head Office, Panggang District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region) Rian Oktafiani, Joko Aryanto, S.Kom., M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : email.mahasiswa@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT As technology develops, the need for fast, accurate, easy and practical data processing becomes a demand, so that currently the majority of institutions have utilized data management systems in village government institutions. The problem with administrative services at the Girisuko Village Head's Office at this time is that in the process of submitting administrative services, Girisuko village residents must come directly to the Village Head's Office and bring the necessary files, this of course takes quite a long time and energy, then the letter files and submission requirements not well documented and the data storage is still in the form of files or printed documents so that file loss and double data storage often occur. Therefore, to solve the problem of village administration services, a computerized administration service information system is needed. The results of this study are a village administration service information system that can help the work of government employees in Girisuko village, this system can facilitate employees in managing population data and making reports of incoming and outgoing letters, mail services and also making it easier for village communities to obtain information, submit letter requests, community complaints and get administrative services in Girisuko village online. Residents can also do self-service for mail application services using the pavilion computer located at the Girisuko village office. Keywords: Information Systems, Administrative Services, Website
