Abstract
ABSTRACT The process of managing academic data at SMA Negeri 3 Nganjuk is still running manually, where the school only uses the Microsoft Excel application for data storage, obtaining academic reports still takes a long time and is difficult to obtain because the academic data are still separate. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to create a student academic score management system that can be easily and clearly monitored by parents or guardians and is expected to assist staff in processing grade data, presenting information and making grade reports better. and integrated with the database. This system was developed using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL database. This research was conducted through direct observation, interviews and literature study. Then do the data analysis of various system requirements that have to do with the system to be built. The academic value management system can assist parents/guardians in monitoring the progress of grades by using the website, so there is no need to wait for the distribution of report cards to be carried out at the end of the academic calendar.
