Abstract

ABSTRACT Arga Jaya Village is a government agency having its address at Jl. Poros Arga Jaya, Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. Currently, the Arga Jaya Village Office uses a manual system in recording income and expenses as well as calculating balances, then recaptures them to make reports of village fund income and expenditures. The current system has weaknesses, namely errors in the process of data collection, calculation and report generation. This study aims to produce a village fund management system that is faster and clearer at the Arga Jaya village office. The results of this study are to make it easier for the Arga Jaya village office in the process of managing village funds, assisting in the process of inputting data, searching for data, and reporting village fund data, minimizing errors and optimizing data security.
