Abstract

GLINGGANGAN VILLAGE POPULATION ADMINISTRATION SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEBSITE (Case Study: Glinggangan Village Office) Wahyu Restu Priambodo, Dr. Rianto, M. Eng Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : restupriambodo78@gmail.com, riantobimbingan@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Glingangan is a village in the Pringkuku sub-district, Pacitan district, East Java. Administrative services, the Glinggangan Village Office currently still uses the conventional method by using files. These unsystematic methods cause the service process to be slower and have low accuracy. A good computerized system will make the service more effective because the selection of the required documents will be easier to control, so that people don't have to go back and forth to complete documents. The need for a computerized system gave rise to the idea of creating a website-based mail service system so that people could submit applications and take letters to the village office when the process was complete. This system is expected to be able to overcome the problems of application and letter retrieval that are currently still being experienced by the Glinggangan village office.
