Abstract

Website-Based Vehicle Rental Administration Information System Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Yuhanis Maulidatul Hanafiyah, Afwan Anggara, M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : hanafinaf1104@gmail.com, angga_afw@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT RKK Trans is a business engaged in vehicle rental in Purworejo. The problems that exist in the RKK Trans are the transaction process until the report management is done manually, as well as the management of administrative data that has not been integrated, the RKK Trans also often loses data in the ledger and receipts, as well as the vehicle rental schedule which is still done manually. Therefore, a website-based vehicle rental administration information system was created in order to optimize the vehicle rental process at RKK Trans. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, and for the system design modeling tool it uses context diagrams, data flow diagrams, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and interface design, as well as the system testing method using Blackbox testing. For this reason, the design of the vehicle rental administration system aims to optimize the vehicle rental process at RKK Trans. Keywords: System, Information, Administration, Rental, Web
