Abstract

ABSTRACT Sukomulyo Village Office is a government agency which is located at Jl. Agriculture Kotabaru Sukomulyo Village, Kec. Martapura, Kab. East OKU, South Sumatra Province. The Sukomulyo Village Office does not yet have a system that can properly administer village fund applications. The administrative process and submission of village funds are still done manually, namely by bookkeeping. In addition, the administrative process is carried out by looking at each report in the book one by one, which takes a long time to process. A system is needed that can administer and submit the village fund process so that it can run well and avoid data manipulation. This study aims to create a Web-Based Village Fund Submission Administration System that can help the Sukomulyo Village office admin. In the process of making the system, the data collection method was carried out by interviews and observations related to the required features and workflows in the system. The results of the study are in the form of an administrative system for submitting village funds that can provide convenience for the Sukomulyo Village office in the process of searching data, making village fund reports, and making it easier to obtain information about the realization of village fund management. Keywords: System, Village Fund, Administration and Submission.
