Abstract
Web-Based Drug Sales Information System Development At Hilda Talaga Pharmacy Daffa Aulia Rachman, Devi Ratnasari, S.Kom., M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email: daffaaulia009@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Hilda Pharmacy already has a stock inventory system, but in its application this system does not support the recording of drug sales and drug purchases, which so far are still recorded in the transaction book. Then the system has not been able to serve sales returns and purchase returns. The author analyzed the current system and found problems such as pharmacy employees having difficulty recording drug sales, drug purchases, sales returns and purchase returns. The output of the system previously did not present sales reports, purchase reports, sales returns reports and purchase returns reports. So that in making these reports, pharmacy employees must review the transaction data and it takes a lot of time until the manager receives the report. Based on the results of this analysis, the authors develop an information system that can record drug sales, drug purchases, sales returns and purchase returns as well as reporting and a system that can issue drugs with the closest expiration in the event of drug sales. The results of this study are a web-based drug sales information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system was developed to be used by managers and admins who are expected to make it easier to record transactions made by pharmacies along with making reports, so that Hilda Pharmacy's performance is more optimal in serving the needs of the community.
