Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : achmadfauzi5798@gmail.com, umar.zaky@staff.uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT To increase the academic quality of the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta, it is necessary to improve the quality in carrying out the academic process. One of the improvements that need to be made is the development of practical work processes and final assignments. As time goes on and at the same time facing a pandemic period like this where many things are done online, the submission of proposals is done by filling out or uploading proposals and other supporting requirements in the form prepared by the study program. With an opportunity like this, the study program also develops a better proposal submission information system. Development is carried out so that the problems encountered when submitting a proposal with the previous form can be overcome. The problem that often occurs when the proposal submission is done offline or in the previous form is that the file is lost or damaged due to improper placement and arrangement. In addition to missing and damaged files, there is one problem that arises when the administrative process is carried out, which is taking too long.
