Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 outbreak that has occurred since December 2019 has had an impact on several sectors. One of the sectors affected is the service sector. This sector is different from the trade sector which can still be done online. Customers who need goods can still buy at online stores such as Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee and others. However, for service needs such as AC (Air Conditioner) service, refrigerator service, washing machine service, customers must come directly to the service provider or contact via telephone to get the required information. Social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Olx can be used as service promotion media, but these media cannot record customer reviews that can be seen by other customers. These reviews are very important for both customers and service providers. Good reviews can help convince customers to use the service and vice versa. This study aims to make it easier for users to find services and make it easier for service providers to offer services. This application was developed using the PHP programming language and using a mysql database, using data from visits to several service providers. This application is integrated with the Midtrans Payment Gateway, so that the down payment process and payment of service leases can be done online or cashless. This application can be used by many service providers and each service provider is free to list the kinds of services they have in any category.
