Abstract

Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : triangkas@gmail.com, murti.retnowo@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT Data center management The Communication and Informatics Office of Sleman Regency has the task of preparing data center management with very broad functions. Possible threats and risks that arise in the implementation of tasks can paralyze activities in the service so that it can disrupt the continuity of processes in running agencies. Departing from these problems, it is necessary to have a risk management information system against possible threats and risks that arise in the system, so that organizations can carry out prevention, handling and improvement of possible risks that will occur. In developing the system, it uses data collection methods by observing the running system, interviewing one of the staff and conducting documentation studies by collecting data from running applications. The system development method uses the Waterfall method with a structured and systematic or sequential approach, starting from needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing and program implementation. The results of this study are an enterprise risk management (ERM) administrative information system that was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and uses a MySQL database to determine the risk level assessment in the information technology risk profile that can be used as a basis for preventing, handling and improving against possible risks that occur.
