Abstract
Implementation and Testing of Web-Based Asset Information System (Case Study: Ciwangi Village Office, Garut) Syasya Sazwana Zublizky, Umar Zaky Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: syasyasz07@gmail.com, umarzaky@gmail.com ABSTRACT In managing data on assets, the Ciwangi Village office still uses the manual method. This method is less efficient because it takes 4 hours to recap asset data which can hinder other activities. Then for the process of lending assets to residents also does not have a separate record. In addition, the absence of asset planning can have the possibility that the asset application will be rejected. With these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can handle these problems. The purpose of this research is to produce an asset information system from the results of the system design that has been made previously and the design of asset planning to handle data collection and asset planning problems and implement the results of the system design based on the web. The research method used is the waterfall method with little innovation. In the analysis and design of the web-based Ciwangi Village Office Asset Information System using PHP and MySql. The tests were carried out using blackbox testing and gave the results that the report recap could provide results in less than minutes and for asset management to be more effective and efficient. So it can be concluded that the design that has been done can be implemented and can help the data management process to be faster. Keywords: System, Information, Assets, Web
