Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED VILLAGE ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM CASE STUDY WONOSEKAR VILLAGE OFFICE Jelina Edelweistiani, Damar Prasetyo Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : jelinaesa5@gmail.com prassetyodmr@gmail.com. ABSTRACT Website-based information systems are currently developing very rapidly. One application of the information system belonging to the government agency closest to the community is the village or sub-district administration information system. Good public administration services are government regulations that must be met. Therefore, every village government agency must provide good service to the community by serving quickly, precisely and accurately. One way to achieve good service is by providing a village administration information system. The process of public administration services in Wonosekar village, Gembong District, Pati Regency is carried out based on visits made by the community to the village office, then population data collection, recording community needs for the desired administrative services and following up on community needs to be known by the village so that from the process requires time and cost. This research maximizes and provides the main features in a village administration information system, such as automatically generating letters according to community needs, and the system can also automatically recap letters in the form of reports. The development of this system uses the waterfall method which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of the system.
